REALLY frustrated. win 11 downloaded the trial  ran the installation it sat at 45% (installing uninstaller) for at least 30 minutes, so: clicked the cancel button tried again to install fails telling me it's already installed tried to uninstall through settings and with the uninstall.exe in the program folder ---nothing happens--- deleted the program folder used ccleaner to clean the registry searched registry and removed everything i could find searched hard drive and removed everything i could find rebooted ran the installer and... 'already installed'   seriously? This is an INSTALLER!! it can't recover gracefully from a failed install of itself? not inspiring confidence... help?? ... View more
