When I call lc_get_version from 11.18.3.1 fnp toolkit, it returns 11.18.0.283040. Is this expected? Version is represented as major.minor.patch.build right?

I tried LM_A_CONN_TIMEOUT but setting 1 sec becomes 10s and similarly with 3 sec, it becomes 30 sec. Is there a retry of 10?

Actually, lc_get_server_version does return that error when appended with "@". I've tested this.
