I was able to get SQL installed from a CMD prompt, but I needed to edit the command to use c:\SQL instead of %Temp%\SQLEXPR_x86_ENU.exec:\SQL>Setup.exe /SkipInstallerRunCheck=1 /Q /INSTANCENAME=SunGardiWORKS /ACTION=Install /FEATURES=SQL /SQLSVCACCOU...
