We have a copy of IS Pro 2013 installed on a computer that is getting a bit old and hard to maintain.
Last time this happened we were able to 'relinquish' our license on the old computer and request another license for the new one.
Is this something that is still supported? If so, please can you direct me to the instructions for doing this?
Clearly we need to be 100% sure that the license transfer is possible otherwise we may end up with no working copy of InstallShield at all!

The download server referenced by Q113236 is now up and running, have downloaded the Setup and installed it using the same key as my IS PRO 2008. I've yet to try running it, but it looks okay so far! David

I have just upgraded from IS PRO 11.5 to IS PRO 2008, only to discover that standalone build has been moved from Pro into Premier. KB article Q113236 says I should be able to get a download for SAB to work with my new 2008, but the download link gives 404 error. How can I get SAB for 2008 Pro please? My build processes rely on SAB so I am now stuck. David.
