Can InstallShield 2008 be installed on Windows 2008 Server

when i tried to install IS2008 on Windows 2008 Server it completes the installation fine.. at the finish Dialog it asks for Launch InstallShield now(check box).. then if i launch the IS2008 it gets hung at the splash screen and never proceeds.. waite...
