Hi,I use the reg-free com wizard to build a manifest file. ( windows xp 32bit).The Installshield setup works fine for pcs with xp, but not for windows7.Do I need some security trust changes in the manifest file for windows7?Thanks,Thomas
I found a solution...http://support.microsoft.com/kb/912949/enWith this registry entry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\SideBySide -> PreferExternalManifest it works....Regards,Thomas
