Getting error when i click .exe "You need administrator previliges to install this product"

Hi TeamCurrently i am using 2018 R2 install sheild, I am facing below error when i execute setup.exe file.   I have attached the setting for setup.exe. please let me know how to fix this.Note: I dont want to run the exe with administrator previliges....
