Creating the Application Catalog by script

Has anyone ever ran the SQL script AS_Schema.SQL to create the AdminStudio Application Catalog?Is it simple, are there disadvantages as opposed to leeting the SA account creating for you?Im unable to create the App Catalog via Windows Authentication.
