Anyone has this issue? Using the IA 2009 User Input Advanced Panel, setting the default checkbox to be 'selected' does NOT show the checkbox to be selected. How to you correct this problem?

Have Two Projects A, B. A and B compiled with IA 2009. Both of them compiles fine and runs fine. Switched to IA 2010 A compiles fine and runs fine. B compiles fine but does not run and getting the out of memory. The memory options has been increased. They are compile with the same configuration. I am attaching the Java Core Dump, If this information, I will try to append the project file.
