Incomplete Uninstallation using InstallAnywhere

Hi,I am using InstallAnywhere 2018 version 19.0 to install my application.But when I try to uninstall it, it's not deleting all the folders it has installed.Is there any other way to forcibly delete the folders during uninstallation.Please help.
