After customer is prompted to enter their information, is there an option to turn on to have installshield prompt the customer for more information and then create a xml file before the installshield wizard begins the install?

Under custom actions, can you setup the install to run one or the other: SQLLOCALDB 32 bit msi or 64 msi based upon the windows the customer is operating?
