@steve_appling We use the SOAP services extensively and have not found a way to get the device history with them. We are still on-prem so we pull the data directly from the database. If that is of interest to you, I can share how we get it.

Hello- I'm using On-prem 2018 R1 The format of dates in FNO entitlement emails are "Dec 12, 2022" but our corporate standard format is "12 Dec 2022". We use the following merge tag to add the expiration date to the entitlement emails: [[IF TAG="ExpirationDate" VALUENOT=""]] [[ExpirationDate]] [[ELSE]] Permanent [[END ELSE]] [[END IF]] How can we change the format of the date in the emails? It would be great if there is a setting to change format throughout FNO but the immediate need to change the format of the entitlement email. Thank you.

It is repeatable for sure. I'm not sure of what the limit is but when FNO takes longer than 1 min. 45 secs. it returns a timeout.

Hello- I'm creating simple entitlements that have over 500 line items and the FNO web service times out at 1 min. 45 secs. Looking in FNO, the entitlement and line items are still getting created but is taking about 3 mins. for the operation to complete. The timeout on my connection to FNO is 15 mins. but how do I increase the execution timeout on the FNO server? Thanks.
