Actually, I have tested it and it works. I had to "back-up" my cert from Firefox and it saved it as a .p12. I took that file and changed the extension to .pfx and it worked signing my code using Installshield.

Is that all you need to do? Rename the .p12 file extension to .pfx? I had the problem of backing up my Firefox code-signing cert but it saved it as a .p12and IS 210 doesn't recognize .p12, on .pfx.So just to be clear, renaming the extension will be...

well, thanks to your test, I figured out that there was a problem with the formatting of the file so I created a new file and now it works just the way it should. Thanks for the help.

Okay, I moved our License.rtf into the Installshield folder where the one that worked is, and rebuilt it and nothing again. So it must be the file. What would cause that? What changes do I need to make to the file to get it to import?

It sure does work! Does that mean there is a problem with my License.rtf file? I opened in in Word and it seems to be fine.
