IISHelper missing

I recently created a project with the latest beta version of InstallShield 2013 LE. I get the following error: ISEXP : error : -1024: File C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield\2013LE\Redist\Language Independent\i386\IISHelper.dll not found. Cannot stream the file into the Binary table It's actually missing from that folder. Is it something wrong with the InstallShield installation or just bad configuration in my project? Thanks. ...
