I've got the SDK version 4 and am using InstallShield 10.5 SP1.Is it possible to not add the program to the update manager, but still let people check from updates manually (ie from an application menu that I provide)?

I have InstallShield 10.5 Professional Edition SP1. Doing a check for updates tells me that I should install 'InstallShield 10.5 SP1'.Looks like InstallShield can't get the check for updates to work for their own products either.

In the past few days (since InstallShield's upgrade, I think) some of our customers are getting odd text in the update window window. Rather than the update appearing they are getting html like the following:

Our customers are complaining that no updates are being shown, our reports are showing no connections over the past couple of days, and the homepage gauge displays a customer usage of 0.I don't like to whine but this is getting a bit tedious. Any ide...

Reports by product and version just display empty graphs with no axes or data.
