We ran into the same problem on Vista and Windows 2008. The work around is to set it in the Windows "Environment Variables" screen instead.But if anybody figure out how to make it work setting it in the command prompt, I would like to know.

Anybody was able to get a work around? It seems InstallAnywhere sets button label to "Next" and sets the last panel of Pre-Install's button label to "Install". I would like to change the "Install" button to something else. Any idea how to do that?
