Is blocked a custom status that you have added, as it is not a default License Status in FlexNet Manager (https://docs.flexera.com/FlexNetManagerSuite2020R2/EN/WebHelp/index.html#topics/Lic-LifeCycleStage.h...)? If so, you could use a Business Adapter to set this value.
Or is this perhaps in relation to our Usage Intelligence product which has a different forum (https://community.flexera.com/t5/Usage-Intelligence/ct-p/Usage-Intelligence)?
At this time we do not have a forum for our Usage Intelligence product. It is something we are considering in the future. If a forum is something you feel would be useful, I'll take that feedback to our product team.
