Change Title	'Fookes Holding' to 'Fookes Software' Product Divestiture	Class 1	Customers should be prepared and take actions
Change Summary	Flexera is going to remove M&A between Fookes Holding and Fookes Software since Fookes Software is still active. We will update all products/releases/mappings from 'Fookes Holding' back to 'Fookes Software'.  This will mean that Fookes Holding’s products will change to have ' Fookes Software' as the manufacturer.  All previous products under 'Fookes Holding will be marked as 'to be deleted'. https://www.fookes.com/ Customers should expect these changes to be completed within the next few weeks.
Impact	This change will impact customers who rely on not only Technopedia Manufacturer ID/Product ID/Release ID & Names but also discovered data that was previously mapped to the old manufacturer will be mapped to the new manufacturer. The change needs the customer to manage downstream processes and reporting in their organization. The spreadsheet Fookes Software Product List.xlsx provides the full list of all the Technopedia products for which the manufacturer name has been changed from Fookes Holding ' to 'Fookes Software'. Update:  We have removed M&A between Fookes Holding and Fookes Software. All changes are available as part of Technopedia version 2021.07.06. See the attached Excel file that shows the new Manufacturer ID, Product IDs, and Manufacturer ID.
