Summary
Due to some circumstances the license has to be reset. This article explains how to do this.
Discussion
- Send your most recent license file to technical support with an explanation why you want to reset your license.
- brainwaregroup support then will evaluate the reason and send you a reset file
- open the License Console on your Spider or Columbus server
- select one of the valid license entries
- open the context menu and select Reset Usage with a File

- select the reset file you have been receiving
- confirm it with open
- your license counts are reset now
