Physical Host is missing: no host relationship - calculation is not possible!

happy new year everybody,

from time to time the message "Physical Host is missing: no host relationship - calculation is not possible!" occurs in LMP calculation for chapter "Calculation: Microsoft Server (Windows Server, SQL Server, System Center etc.)".

In the past i added a host manually. But this can't be the real solution.

What is the real procedure for this incident?

Hello,
unfortunately your image can not be displayed.
But usually I get this error, when the system has no information about virtualization. 
So basically you need two data sources for virtual machines:
1. which scans virtual machine, all it's software (it might be SCCM)
2. which scans hypervisors, it might be vCenter connector.
Then the Spider put it together 🙂
