To prevent this behavior, the antivirus program needs to be disabled or removed to allow the build to succeed by taking one of the following steps:
Disabling the Trend Micro antivirus software may resolve this issue.
Excluding the .ise or .ism and .msi file extensions from the antivirus software scans and excluding the InstallShield directory, where InstallShield itself is installed, as well as the build output directory, where the installer is created / generated.
