I have been given a serial number to register , however when I enter it tells me it is in an invalid format. When I click on the link to register product it just takes me to the download page again.
Activation serial numbers are 20-characters long and do not start with the letters ISMTK; There are zeros in the serial number, not the letter O (format as follows: XXXXXXX-XXX-XXXXXXXXXX)
