some registry key are not installed on Vista
Hi,
Did anyone have a problem with installing registry keys on Vista? I have a problem just on some machines, not on all - registry keys that have dynamically created values (like [INSTALLDIR], [USERNAME], [COMPANYNAME], ...) are not installed at all!!! Does anyone know when and why this can happen?
This product works on XP fine, just on Vista does not work on all machines.
Thanks a lot!

I have those dynamically generated data for Registry key as well and they all set correctly on Vista.
Where do you create those keys, under HKCU or HKLM, or somewhere else?
Are they all installed with admin accounts on both XP and Vista?

Thanks for the response.
I create those keys under HKCU.
And yes, they are all installed with admin accounts on both, XP and Vista.
