Hi, I need to install a menu shared by several applications and that this remain while anyone of the applications exists that use it. If the menu exist, test the version and if older, reinstall a newer version.
You'd probably want to create a merge module or a setup prerequisite that contains your shared menu. Then you could include that merge module or setup prerequisite in any of the installations that requires that menu.
The Express edition of InstallShield does not include support for creating merge modules and setup prerequisites, but the Professional and Premier editions do.
