set an attribute for all files in the installation

Is there a way to set the 64-bit attribute on all my files to install without manually having to right-click on each file to edit it's properties?

Assuming you mean the 64-bit attribute on your components (MSI yes?), you may have to do this per-component, but instead of needing to right-click or to find it in the property grid), you could theoretically edit it in the Attributes column of the Component table. That might be a little bit easier.
