Installshield wizard not coming while uninstalling software

Hi,

When i try to remove my software through uninstall shortcut or through Control Panel-->add/remove programs, i'm not getting InstallShield wizard for uninstallation, instead, windows uninstaller comes up.

Any help appreciated.

To get the IS wizard, you have to select change button.

After clicking on Change button IS wizard is coming correctly.But my requirement is that if user clicks on Remove button then IS wizard should come.
But it is not coming after clicking Remove button.

I don’t have any straight solution for this. As far as I know it is MSI standard behavior.
You can try disabling the remove button, so you get only change button in the ARP Panel, which gives you the maintenance window.
