I understand that you are trying to download IS Limited Edition for visual studio.
You will need to get registered for the product download , please follow the below link to register and download the same.
After submitting the registration information click on download button to download the ISLE setup, then you will get the activation serial key to email id which was mentioned in the registration information page.
