resource cannot be found error

I am using VS2012 and trying to enable ES limited edition. After the I submit the form using http://learn.flexerasoftware.com/content/IS-EVAL-InstallShield-Limited-Edition-Visual-Studio I get a "resource cannot be found error" at http://now.eloqua.com/e/f2.aspx. Help, thanks!
