"Warning -6248: Could not find dependent file [1], or one of its dependencies of feat
This is the error I get everytime I try to compile my project.
Ironically I was able to get it to work when I started a brand new empty visual studio project and added the setup project as well.
Then by adding each required reference in the visual studio propject it was correctly added to the setup project.
But when I deleted the setup project and readded it the error came back.
steps:
create an empty visual studio project
add a default.aspx file and save.
create an new setup project.
fill out the setup steps and compile.
It will have the correct files needed to run the page.
However if you delete the setup project and readd it, it will fail.
Apparently this has been an ongoing problem with your product for some time now and not just the LE version either.
Is there a workaround?

Could you kindly provide us a sample project which replicates this issue.

Unfortunately I am unable to replicate this issue at my end. Could you kindly share the detailed steps or a sample project so that we could investigate further.
