"The server response was signed by a certificate which is no longer valid"

Jump to solution

Today we started receiving this popup when starting InstallShield 2019 R3.

"The server response was signed by a certificate which is no longer valid. Would you like to temporarily trust it anyway? (Not recommended.)"

I tried deleting the tmp file in my user folder as suggested in the link below, but when I start InstallShield it just creates a new tmp file and gives me the same error.

https://community.flexera.com/t5/InstallShield-Knowledge-Base/FlexNet-Connect-Software-Manager-Error-13030-Error-13034/ta-p/4061

I see no resolutions in that post. What do I need to do?

Thanks,

Ron

Same here! This hinders a lot of automation at our end here. What is the solution?
