I keep getting this referring to 

Table upgrade is not present in the upgrade package

nothing has changed in the install files except this error now showing up even changing the package code this still shows

can anyone help me with this

any updates as to why this shows up yet the upgrade with a prompt works and overwrite the older version what do I need to do to stop this error or is it a program bug

This is a validation error -
You can (if you wish) choose which validation checks takes place and therefore remove ISICE19 from the list:
