problem upgrating from French version IS 5.5 Script project

I want to upgrate one english version and french version IS 5.5 script project to IS2008 .
For english version project, just use IS 2008 to open it and convert, then build, everything works good.
For french version, I did the same as english version. but run installer failed, error box without string, It seems no string table compiled in the install package. and then I debug this project, found no stringtable file exit in the SUPPORTDIR directory.
anyone can give some hint? thanks

Did you get any errors or warings during the conversion? Or during the build? D you have the Premier edition of IS 2008?

Its Premier edition
I got warning and errors and I fixed it.
the script is the same one
for English version everything works ok
but french version seems a lot of language dependent files missing.

if I add one more language support to french version, then choose french to install, it works good
I don't know why?

StringTable-040c-French (Standard).ips and support files which depend on french language are missing in the temp directory if I have only french language support.
but if I add one more language, then these files will be there.
