installing 3rd-party product

Hi,
I am new to InstallShield and my team is using InstallShield Professional 6.10. There is a third-party product which is a self-extracting executable and it brings up winzip when executed. Once, the contents are unzipped to a folder, one can run setup.bat to install the product.

How do i incorporate the install of this third-party product into the install of our product.

I would add the unzipped files to the install and try to emulate what the batch file does within InstallShield.
