deleting/changing database path
Hi
I am totally new to installshield. I was able to get things going fine when building from xp but am having a problem when building on vista 64 bit. First of all I am assuming that the build from the 64 bit machine will work on either a 64 or 32 bit machine. After building on the 64 machine and successfully installing to a 32 I get a message when opening an "access" mde file with a backend mdb file. Both files are in the same programs folder in IS. When opening the frontened I get a message saying the backend can't be opened and uses the the "program files (x86)" path instead of the "program files" path where it is in the IS "files and folders link to section" and in the users machine. How do I correct this? Any help is much appreciated. Alan

You may need to use the ProgramFiles64Folder directory for the destination.

Thanks for your response. This is being loaded from a 64 bit vista to a 32 xp machine. I will try this on the weekend. Alan
