Will .net work if another version of .net is already installed on computer
Hi All,
I need to answer this question, If I use the redist for .net 3.5SP1 and another version of .net is installed will there be any issues with using the redist?

Not at all. Multiple versions of dotnet framework can co exist on the same server.
