Why "update mode supported" is not available in IS2010?

Why "update mode suppported" option is not available in IS2010 script project?
I converted my project from IS11.5 to IS2010. IS11.5 and IS12 has option to select "update mode supported" to yes or no option, in general information --> Project Properties

By not having this, I am running into create more programming code section in IS Script - onUpdateUIBefore ..etc..

I would like to have above option and treat it as maint UI.

Is there anyway to set this property to no in IS2010 script project?

Please see the section "All InstallScript Installations Now Support Showing Update UI" in the help topic "Upgrading Projects from InstallShield 2008 or Earlier".
