Which version of Install Shield should we buy?

Hello..
This is my 4th post here....still have got no replies for the earlier ones 😞
I am currently using Install Shield Multiplatform 11.5. Our company has decided to buy a few more copies of Install Shield. However am not sure which version and which edition is best suited for us.
I want to basically port an already existing windows installation (for a .Net Soultion) to Install shield. We also are using a Insatll shield for a Java project. However both the .Net and Java projects will be deployed on Windows systems only.
Should we go for Install Shield Windows 12 OR Install Anywhere 8.
Please do reply and oblige.

My opinion is that if your target is just Windows InstallShield 12 will do fine.
