Which CPU best fits for IS 20

Hi setup developers and other informed people,

I have InstallShield 2013 and my boss want to buy me a new PC. So I am asking myself which CPU would be the best to get installations build time low.

I am not sure how much cpu kernels IS supports and if special cpu functions are used by IS.

Any suggestions?
