Where is InstallShield 2009 Express?

Why InstallShield 2009 Express is still not available? Acresso forces everyone to upgrade to expensive versions. :confused:

Express does not ship at the same time as the Professional and Premeir tiers (it never has). We generally do not give out release specific release dates. But in years past, Express has shipped 3-4 months after Pro.
