Hello I have purchased IS 2008 online. After installation i have give serial number, but its hanging at Verifying serial Number.Its showing Please wait while we validate the serial number. I have been waited for 2 hours but its showing still same message can any one help me to solve this problem.
If you have a firewall enabled, disable it. If you r behind a proxy server, make sure you have the correct setting to use it. I had the same problem before on machine. I emailed the installshield guys and did the offline activation.
