Uninstall creates a datetimestamp image of the install CD
To create the scenario
1. Copy the install cdimage to the local machine desktop.
2. Run setup.exe from desktop cdimage folder
3. Product installed ok.
4. Uninstall via Add/Remove programs.
All INSTALLDIR files have been removed as expected.
The cdimage has been removed from my desktop and a copy of it placed under [INSTALLDIR]\_262008143247\.
Why and how ???????
If I uninstall by executing setup.exe, the uninstall is perfect. Why are the uninstalls behaving differently and how can I make the add/remove uninstall behave the same was as running setup.exe?
