SystemDrive in Vista

Hello,

I have a problem with my project being installed under Vista. I have a Web project that is installed into %SystemDrive%\interpub\wwwroot\MyWeb. I have read about this problem in this thread. But I cannot figure it out how to fix it in my case as I use Internet Information Services view to create virtual directories...

Can anyone help me with this?

Can I somehow temper IISROOTFOLDER variable in install script?
