Unable to fine %systemdrive%/inetpub/wwwroot in Vista

I am trying to create an install for vista and i keep getting a unable to find %systemdrive% error.

The %systemdrive% should turn into C:\ but its not. If I go into the registry and change %systemdrive% to C:\ then it work. Obviously we can't do that to the costumer's computer.

Anyone one know why it does this and how to fix it.

Where is %systemdrive% being written to the registry?

Well its for the PATHWWWROOT key in

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\InetStp

nomrally its %systemdrive%\inetpub\wwwroot but that doesn't work cause installshield says it can't find %systemdrive%

So i changed it to C:\. The problem is that, its suppose to convert %systemdrive% to C:\ or whever the system drive is but its not and remains as %systemdrive%

I don't have firsthand experience with the issue, but perhaps see if the later posts in [thread=165785]this thread[/thread] apply?
