Unable to download my purchased software, get an non-compliant export error
I'm unable to download my purchased software, get an non-compliant export error and if I try to submit this error, I get another error that the message could not be send.
After that, I'm pointed to the community board to get help. Does Flexera hasn't a "normal" support team? This is nor problem where the community can help me I guess.

Please share your email address and your organization details in which you have purchased the licenses, we will check and update you on same.
Earlier, you are able to login with product and license center without any issues with same email account? suddenly you started seeing this error.? Please confirm
You can also open a case with our Support Team, about this issue, by email at support@revenera.com or if you have valid login credentials to community portal --> click on get support --> open a new case.
