Transfer license from one machine to another

In case if we need to transfer license from old machine to new machine then what is the procedure for it.

Thank you for contacting Revenera Support.

You will first have to return the license from old machine, install the software on new machine and reactivate the license.

Steps to return license:
1. Start InstallShield
2. Click on Help >> About InstallShield
3. Click on Return

Once we activate license then 'Return' option is displayed in About window, right?

Actually, I am installing InstallShield on my machine and later I will need to transfer it to our lab machine.

Hi Prakash,

Yes, you will have to click on "Return" under Help >> About InstallShield to release the license, in order to reactivate on a new machine.
