The wizard was interrupted

Help, Installshield installer is interrupted and unusable.
When executing either Test Run on build machine (Windows XP) or running the SetUp (Windows Server 2003) for a .Net 2.0 application installation, IS goes through the step to extract the MSI file and then stops with the dialog message 'The wizard was interrupted before could be completely installed'.

A verbose log may help you troubleshoot the issue. KB article Q106551 explains how to create the log.
