The dreaded upgrade
I don't know how you could make upgrading software any more difficult. Between maintenance numbers, maintenance serial numbers, which are different from the software serial numbers, usernames, passwords, you make this an all afternoon event for our programming staff. We always end up calling support and resetting something on at least one of our development machines. Two of us are doing an upgrade and neither one of us can proceed until we get yet another serial number that is different from the fifteen other serial model user password maintenance registration plan verification identifiers!
