Unnecessarily SQL dialog display

Hi All,
My installation contains two features.One is a web application(web 1) with the dataBase scripts and other is a web application say web 2 with out database scripts.

when i select feature one (web 1) , SQL dialog appears asking the server credentials but when i select the second feature (web 2) then no SQL dialog should appear.

Problem :
Problem here is that when i select feature 2 (web 2) Sql dialog still appears which should not be the case.
