Template Visual Studio

Hi.
I have installed my InstallShield 2018 Lite, but if I want to create in .Net VisualStudio e new project with a dedicate template, i don't find this project template. About this, i have copy and past a old project InstallShield in my solution (i have insert my key) and i can work and create a deploy package, but as I writed, I can't create I new project.

Someone can help me?

If i get your question correctly,you were able to see new project type .Net VisualStudio new project in InstallShield limited edition.But in IS2018 Lite,you weren't able to see that project type when you create new project .It would be better if you attach comparable screen shots here?
