Support Complaint
I recently purchased an upgrade to IS11 and am having a ton of troubles just getting the download. Flexera support is rather poor, especially considering the high cost of the product. When I tried to download the product a tiny one inch window opened (yes popups are disabled and security is at a minimum). I messed with IE for a time trying to get a download screen. Now I am told I am out of retries. So I went online as told to try to file an incident Report. I was told that my account does not permit me to file a report. So I called the support hotline. I was told it was after hours (at 2:30 PM CST). It seems like I go through this every time we upgrade IS. I swear never to upgrade again. Then I forget and return for the next upgrade. Are you listening Flexera? Does negative criticism like this matter to you? My next step is to ask for a refund. Why post here? What choice do I have.
